Ageing:  6 months in oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Beautiful and dense ruby colour. The nose is dominated by black berries - mulberry, blue plum, blackberry, vanilla and spices . The taste is well-shaped, soft and dense, with a pronounced toasted fruit on the finish.

Food Match: Game,  pasta with Bolognese sauce,  matured cheeses
