Tasting notes:  Brilliant intense golden-green colour. The nose is of herbaceous-citrus nature and light notes of bark. The taste is dense and soft, well-balanced with intense fruits and taste of nuts and dried aromatic white flowers.

Food Match: Soft cheeses, seafood, grilled fish and white meat.
