- Ingredients: 80% pork meat (minced), 20% pork fat, salt, cumin, black pepper, coriander, sugar, savory, white wine, baking soda

- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
- Cooking Instructions: Cook thoroughly until internal temperature reaches 75°C. Do not consume raw.
