Picantina FixUp Four Cheese Seasoning Mix 30g

Picantina FixUp Four Cheese is a dry seasoning and sauce mix designed for preparing a rich four-cheese style dish. One 30g sachet is suitable for approximately 4 portions.

For the suggested recipe, add 400g chicken breast and 250ml cooking cream. It can also be used to prepare a four-cheese pasta dish.

The product is labelled as MSG free, free from preservatives and free from colourings.

Ingredients

Mix of Italian cheese powders (Parmesan, whey powder, emulsifying salt E339), starches (native potato starch, rice), powdered semi-skimmed MILK, rice flour, iodised salt, concentrated dairy protein, sugar, flavouring, citric acid, spices (ground black pepper, oregano), garlic extract.

Directions

Slice 400g chicken breast into strips and place in an oiled baking tray. Mix the contents of the sachet with 250ml cooking cream and pour over the meat.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes.

Alternatively, replace the chicken with 500g cooked pasta for a four-cheese pasta dish.
