Ingredients

Sponge cake: Wheat flour, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, glucose syrup, egg melange, sunflower oil, humectant (glycerol), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, propylene glycol), milk powder, wheat starch, raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (ethyl vanillin), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Cocoa cream (20%): Refined palm fat, glucose-fructose syrup, whey powder, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers, flavourings (ethyl vanillin, chocolate), caramel colour, preservative (potassium sorbate), salt.

Cocoa glaze: Sugar, non-hydrogenated palm fat, low-fat cocoa powder, toasted wheat flour, whey powder, soy lecithin, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidants (tocopherol extract, ascorbyl palmitate), flavouring (ethyl vanillin).

Syrup: Glucose-fructose syrup, sorbitol.
