Village Mixed Vegetable Pickles – Turshiya is a traditional-style mixed pickle combining a variety of vegetables including white cabbage, gherkins, peppers, carrots, green tomatoes and green peach.

The vegetables are preserved in a seasoned brine with vinegar, garlic and bay leaf. Ideal as a side dish, appetiser or accompaniment to grilled meats and a variety of traditional dishes.

The product is labelled as 100% vegan and GMO free.
