Perelik Dry Spek is a premium Bulgarian dry-cured sausage prepared according to an old family recipe and traditionally smoked over beech wood. Its rich aroma, firm texture and carefully selected spices create an authentic flavour that has made Perelik one of Bulgaria's most recognised cured meat brands.
Slow curing and smoking give this dry spek its distinctive taste and balanced character. It is ideal for serving on charcuterie boards, in sandwiches, as a traditional appetiser or alongside cheese and wine.
Packed in a modified atmosphere to preserve freshness and quality. The casing is not edible and should be removed before consumption.

Pork, water, salt, milk protein, stabiliser (triphosphates), antioxidants (E300, E301, E316), flavour enhancer (E621), dextrose, colour (carmine), lactose, beef protein, preservative (sodium nitrite (E250)), natural colouring, anti-caking agent (E551), flavourings and spices.
Allergens: Contains milk, celery and mustard.
Storage
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 6°C. Remove the non-edible casing before consumption.

Mechanically separated poultry meat, pork hearts, pork fat, water, potato starch, pork skin emulsion (pork skins, water, salt, stabilisers: diphosphates, polyphosphates), soy protein, salt, dextrose, stabilisers (triphosphates, E471), lactose, flavour enhancer (E621), antioxidants (ascorbic acid, E316, citric acid), curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite (E250)), colour (carmine), flavourings, garlic and spices.
Allergens: Contains soy and milk (lactose). May contain traces of other allergens depending on the production environment.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within a few days.
