Easy to prepare and baked directly in its tray, this banitsa combines tradition and convenience – perfect for family breakfasts, brunch, celebrations, or restaurant menus across the UK and Ireland.

Preparation Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C – 200°C.
  • Remove the banitsa from the freezer and take off the packaging.
  • Place the banitsa with the tray into the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
  • Do not cover with a cloth. Let it cool at room temperature.

Tip: After 10 minutes of baking, remove the banitsa, cut along the marked lines, and return it to the oven to finish baking evenly.

Not suitable for microwave ovens.

Dough (45%): White wheat flour type 500 / enzymes, flour processing agent: ascorbic acid / drinking water, table salt, preservatives: potassium sorbate, calcium propynate, citric acid.

Instructions for use:
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 - 200 ° C.
Remove the "ODRINA PIE" from the freezer, remove the packaging and place the pie together with the pan in the oven.
If you have time, you can leave it for about half an hour at room temperature to relax before baking.
Bake at 180 - 200 ° C for about 35 - 45 minutes. Baking time varies depending on your oven and your preferences.
