Preparation Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C – 200°C.
- Remove the banitsa from the freezer and take off the packaging.
- Place the banitsa with the tray into the preheated oven.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
- Do not cover with a cloth. Let it cool at room temperature.
Tip: After 10 minutes of baking, remove the banitsa, cut along the marked lines, and return it to the oven to finish baking evenly.
Not suitable for microwave ovens.
