Ingredients

Sponge cake: Wheat flour, sweetener (maltitol), vegetable fibres (chicory root inulin, orange fibre), dried egg melange, sunflower oil, humectant (glycerol), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, propylene glycol), milk powder, wheat starch, raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (ethyl vanillin), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Sugar-free cocoa cream (20%): Refined palm fat, sweeteners (maltitol syrup), sunflower tahini, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, peanut paste, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers, chocolate and vanilla flavourings, caramel colour, preservative (potassium sorbate), salt.

Chocolate coating: Non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, sweeteners (maltitol, steviol glycosides), low-fat cocoa powder, whey powder, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidants (tocopherol extract, ascorbyl palmitate), flavourings (ethyl vanillin, chocolate, orange oil).
