"Bozhentsi" cow yogurt has undergone a process of lactic acid fermentation under the action of a sourdough containing Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus isolated in Bulgaria, guaranteeing the production of a product with the traditional characteristic taste, typical aroma and consistency.
