Description: Sudjuk Starobulgarski Craft MOLERITE
Part of the Djumayska Lukanka craft collection, the Sudjuk Starobulgarski offers a pure food experience (free from E-additives, GMO, and gluten), crafted through artisanal methods. Ingredients include native meat (presumably pork or beef), salt, sugar, herbs, and freshly ground spices. ***Important: Like any natural product free from E-additives (artificial colorants, preservatives, flavorings), this product is best enjoyed within the first 25 - 30 days of its life, after which it tends to lose weight and dry out through its breathable natural casing. The term "craft" implies artisanal craftsmanship. Having gained popularity, especially in food, it denotes hand-prepared food in small/limited batches. These three products are hand-stuffed in natural casings and hand-pressed, fitting the artisanal description perfectly. Additionally, being entirely natural, without E-additives (clean food), and seasoned with wild herbs and spices, this series continues to develop the technologies for producing genuine, natural, and healthy meat products, further evolving old Bulgarian traditions in this craft. Seasoning for Sudjuk 35g – Bioset
Specially blended spice mix for making traditional Bulgarian Sudjuk sausage. This aromatic mix includes salt, cumin, allspice, black pepper, and sugar, offering the authentic flavor of homemade cured meats.
- Ingredients: Salt, cumin, allspice, black pepper, sugar, corn starch.
- Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, mustard, and celery.
- Usage Instructions: Mix contents of one packet with 2.5 kg of unsalted minced meat. Spread into a thin layer, cover, and let rest in a cool place for 12 hours to absorb the flavors. Then stuff into prepared, washed sausage casings.

Suggested Recipe: Baked Hunter’s Sausage
Ingredients (for 6 servings): 400g hunter’s sausage, 100g yellow cheese, 50g fresh cow butter, 1 tbsp mustard.
Preparation: Shape sausage into a spiral and place in a baking tray with melted butter. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and seasoning. Bake in the oven or grill. Serve with seasonal salad.
